HR success will be measured against hard costs such as Expenditure per employee, Sales per employee, top line revenue growth, net revenue, sales volume etc…
*10 years of progressive HR experience with the ability to bring to the role you cadre of HR strategic tools. Excellent business acumen is a must as well as demonstrated knowledge and implementation of strategic best practices in HR with workforce analytic data to back up your claim.
