Job: DIRECTOR OF HR

*Manage all HR initiatives in support of assigned client groups providing both strategic and tactical direction to meet deliverables that include:  *HR leadership and generalist support  * Implementation of effective local HR programs through collaboration with other company and business unit HR departments * Employee relations, AAP/EEO compliance, diversity & inclusion, compensation & benefits, staffing/recruiting, training, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development and other related HR activities *  Leadership development and other talent reviews with a strong emphasis on employee development and succession planning * Reports and presentations, perform in depth data analysis as needed in support of business objectives and to measure and ensure HR effectiveness.  

Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related field.   Related advanced degree preferred – 10+ years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources at a large, complex corporation – Excellent written and verbal communication – Must be able to work in a fast-paced team setting and be flexible in accommodating a rapidly changing transitional environment – Can-do approach to customer service and a proven ability to develop strong business partnerships with client groups – Excellent organizational, presentation and customer service skills – Strong ability to lead, manage, coach, guide and influence – Superior business judgment and decision making skills.  Union / Collective Bargainingexperience is a must.
