Duties

Typical Duties will include:

  • Run weekly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly payroll for multiple client companies
     Note – Taxation and garnishments are handled by our corporate office.          
  • Maintenance/data entry of employee data to include new hires, changes, terminations, etc. 
  • Troubleshooting and producing special checks as needed.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Processing payroll and benefits accrual reports; producing customized reports as needed. 
  • On-site customer payroll training as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience processing high volume payroll
  • Strong skills in Excel and generally technically literate, being able to learn and use systems quickly
